Hosted by acclaimed songwriters Devon Sproule & Paul Curreri (who also open the concerts), Klub Zoo Gang spotlights a diverse range of cutting-edge music being produced just south of the radar.
Tonight’s London installment features TWO WINGS. With one foot in the English folk scene, and one foot deeper than G&R’s mothers ever allowed them to swim, the Glasgow quartet features soaring female vocals, uniquely balanced harmonies, and an almost militaristic insistence on feel-good stomp.
TWO WINGS

Borne of a song-writing collaboration between singer/multi-instrumentalist/visual artist Hanna Tuulikki (Nalle, Scatter, The Family Elan) and guitarist/singer Ben Reynolds (Baby Dee, Trembling Bells, Alasdair Roberts, Tompkins Square Records), Two Wings draws upon both musicians' thematic fixation with love, death, spirituality, as well as a passion for the song-writing craft in its myriad forms –... from its roots in folk tradition, forward to the advent of rock n roll and beyond.
Two Wings' line-up is completed by vocalist Lucy Duncombe, bassist Kenny Wilson and drummer Owen Curtis Williams.
JORDAN HUNT
Having cut his teeth as a member of international art-pop orchestra The Irrepressibles, and Canadian band The Hidden Cameras, composer and performer Jordan Hunt now offers his own unique interpretation of song, weaving emotional melodic pop and symphonic-inspired textures within a vivid minimal landscape.
"In a world overpopulated with generic pop singers and endless rock stars, Acne Studios preferred the sound of Jordan Hunt, a composer and performer with an unconventional approach to a typically conservative genre. At the forefront of contemporary classical music, Jordan constructs his music as he creates his costume designs – mixing incongruous elements into surprising harmonies."
