Festival Hyperlocal's 2017 edition will happen in Hackney (London) and San Telmo (Buenos Aires) from day to evening.

The first event begins in London's Cafe Oto and its adjacent project space on 16 September, ending in a short walk after midnight to a club night afterparty until....tbd. The twin event on 25 November spreads accross Buenos Aires venues Xirgu Espacio Untref, Atom Sound Art Space and Cuarto Apostol.

First confirmations from the London side include Algobabez (online performance), The Bomber Jackets, DJ Save the NHS, Farai, I.Ruuuuu, Karnage, Olan Monk, Lolina, and Yearning Kru (online performance).

The Buenos Aires line up features Algobabez (uk - online performance), Bli Bli, Ines Navarro, Dj Bruta, Nicolas Freeman (uk), Vluba, Yearning Kru (uk - online performance), and Yoto.

HYPERLOCAL is an expanding wormhole of likeminded sub-scenes, a dialogue suspended above the transnational abyss. One headspace for +12 hours conducted in two cities. It is a lasting connection of opposite hemispheres from local Argentine and South American landcapes to the UK/EU and beyond, fighting against the impracticality of distance and resources to expose, extend, and share.
