Three artists with various backgrounds in food, music and performance. They collaborated for the first time in March 2022, with a programme of food, music and film at the restaurant Delta Mityba in Vilnius. During their residency they experimented with modes of hospitality, pivoting around the knowledges and emotions that are shared between guests and hosts.
Will Peers was born in Manchester and lives in London. He is a cook, who over the years has contributed to numerous events, with community forming food and cooking that reflects his knowledge and awareness of culinary traditions and processes, and the stories they tell.
On Yee Lo (b. Hong Kong) is a London based multidisciplinary artist and cook. She designs and constructs ‘Cooking Instruments’- physical systems where common meals are prepared and consumed, creating situations across different social patterns. Gestures, labour and hospitality are the key ingredients in her recipes.
Sholto Dobie was born in Edinburgh and lives in Vilnius, he performs with self-constructed wind instruments. He is the founder and organizer of the event series Progine in Vilnius and co-organises the artist-run space Studium P in Vilnius, where he also cooks and sells kimchi from time to time.
