TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

In accessing information from this website the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use as set out below. This website contains proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which the User agrees to observe and follow.
SECURITY
The User assumes full responsibility for the protection of his computer system including computer hardware software and stored data on his computer system including hardware software and stored data of third parties who may access or be otherwise connected to the User's computer system. The User will assume the responsibility of ensuring that program or other data downloaded or otherwise received from this website are free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature.
Cafe OTO will take reasonable steps to ensure that data transmitted electronically to the Cafe OTO via the site or otherwise and stored by Cafe OTO is not accessed by unauthorised third parties in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. The User accepts the risk that data transmitted electronically to the Cafe OTO via this website or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching Cafe OTO or accessed from Cafe OTO's data storage by third parties not authorised by the Cafe OTO and may be exploited unlawfully by such unauthorised third parties.
Cafe OTO makes no representations as to the security quality or propriety of any website which may be accessed through this website and accepts no liability for the content or for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of or reliance on information contained in such websites or goods or services purchased there from.
DATA PROTECTION
The personal information that the User enters into our on-line registration form will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose than for us to contact them by email about Cafe OTO events and promotions.
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ENTRY
Tickets and items purchased where a discount or benefit has been claimed without entitlement and tickets purchased through misuse of promotional codes, schemes and promotions are in breach of our terms and conditions of sale will be declared void and are not valid for entry.
Only tickets purchased from our website, from approved partner promoters, or from the venue on the day of performance are valid for admission.
Tickets sold via unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites and 'fan to fan' resale sites are not valid for entry.
Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticketholder will be refused entry.
RETURNS POLICY
For physical goods purchased through our online store our policy lasts 30 days (for our ticket refunds policy please see 'Ticket Refunds' below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (physical goods)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cafe OTO, 18-22 Ashwin Street, London, E8 3DL, UNITED KINGDOM.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
TICKET REFUNDS
Tickets will be refunded if a performance is (a) cancelled, (b) rescheduled, or (c) the details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed. Only the face value of the Ticket will be refunded if (a), (b) or (c) occurs.
If an Event is cancelled we will automatically refund the face value of your Ticket: you don't need to notify us or claim your refund.
If you wish to return your tickets for a refund for any other reason we requite a minimum of 48 hours before the performance in order to process the refund.
EXTERNAL PROMOTERS
We sometimes offer tickets from promoters organising their own events at Cafe OTO by providing links to external ticketing sites through this Website. We exclude liability for any Tickets or other goods provided by Promoters or other third party suppliers to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no circumstance shall we be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, data, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or reputation whether in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this agreement or purchases made through this Website save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
DELIVERY
Unless explicitly specified, all tickets are delivered electronically by email in the form of a unique order reference. Customers must provide this reference along with some form of ID in order to gain admittance to the venue.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The taking of unauthorised photographs, capturing of images or the use of any recording devices including mobile phones during any performance is strictly prohibited.
Cafe OTO or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.
Cafe OTO reserves the right to:
refuse admission to the premises and any Cafe OTO promoted event
request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right
change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond our control.
